1. Saute the onions and garlic with some oil in a medium sauté pan over medium heat then add in 1 can of Mega Sardines.
2. Simmer it for a few minutes then take out the fish and set them aside.
3. Pour in the sweet tomato sauce and season it with salt and pepper then toss in the cooked spaghetti noodles and stir everything together.
4. Transfer the spaghetti in to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place the sautéed Mega Sardines (fish) on top. Serve while still hot.
