  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cups water


  1. Fry garlic cloves and onion with oil in a skillet for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the beef bouillon to the skillet and stir it with the rest for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the beef steak, mushroom, and dried oregano. Cook everything for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in water, soy sauce, tomato paste, and cream with the rest of ingredients.
  5. Stir and simmer everything for 5 minutes before serving.


Pork Menudo

Make New Year’s Eve more special by serving this family meal with juicy pork and delicious sauce.


  • 155g Mega Prime Green Peas
  • 1-kilo pork belly
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup potatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. oil


  1. Slice the pork belly into small cuts and fry those in the skillet for 4 minutes.
  2. Add the diced onion, garlic cloves, potatoes, and carrot. Cook it with the pork for 2 more minutes.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar with the rest of the ingredients in the skillet.
  4. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes before serving.


Tuna Bake

According to New Year tradition, fish symbolizes wealth and abundance because it swims forward while other seafood moves sideways. With this baked dish consisting of canned tuna from sardines manufacturers in the Philippines, you may have great fortune in 2019!


  • 180g Mega Tuna Flakes in Oil
  • 185g Mega Prime Kernel Corn

  • 500g penne pasta

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbsp. oil


  1. Boil penne pasta for 10 minutes in water, then drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees in Celsius
  3. In a skillet, cook onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
  4. Add canned corn, mushrooms, and tuna pieces and cook everything for 2 more minutes.
  5. Pour in the penne pasta, all-purpose cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg with the rest of the ingredients in the skillet. Stir everything for 1 minute before turning off the heat.
  6. In a 9×13 baking dish, pour the tuna pasta and top it with breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
  7. Bake the tuna pasta in the oven for 15 minutes before serving.

  • 425g Mega Prime Fruit Cocktail
  • 2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 10 ladyfingers
  • 14 ounces condensed milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream


  1. Mix together condensed milk, all-purpose cream, walnuts, and fruit cocktail in a small bowl.
  2. Get an 8×8 baking pan, put the ladyfingers in the bottom before topping the biscuits with the cream mixture.
  3. Leave the dessert to solidify in the freezer for 4 hours.
