  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  2. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers to the mixture and let them all fry for 5 minutes. Set aside on a plate.
  3. Crack the eggs in a bowl and then add the milk. Stir everything until smooth. Next, oil up a pan and pour the egg mixture. Wait for it to reach the edges. Whenever there is a cooked edge, keep pushing it to the middle with a spatula so the uncooked liquid can become solid.

Ingredients:

  • 8 bottles Mega Creations Spanish Sardines in Olive Oil
  • ½ cup chopped kimchi
  • 2 cups leftover cold rice
  • ½ cup bacon
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • ½ onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • A dash of sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Fry the onions, garlic, carrots, and kimchi pieces all together for 2 minutes. Place the rice and stir it until it is evenly coated with the kimchi juice. Finally, pour the soy sauce, sprinkle the sugar, stir one more time and serve.
  2. Put the flour in a plate. Season the beaten egg with salt and pepper and dip the sardines in it. Fry it in oil under high heat for 30 seconds.
  3. Serve!

Vegan Curry with Garbanzo Beans and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ Mega Prime Garbanzos
  • 1 cup potato
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 5 chopped garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp. grated ginger
  • ½ cup curry paste
  • 1 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Simmer the cubed potatoes until tender and then, drain.
  2. Fry the onions first for 1 minute on a pan. Add the garlic cloves and let them cook for 1 minute. Season with cayenne, allspice, and curry powder to the garlic and onion and let them cook for one minute.
  3. Add the cooked potatoes, garbanzo beans, and coconut milk.
  4. Let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt & pepper and stir before serving. It will serve around 3 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mega Tuna Flakes in Oil
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Thin cucumber strips
  • Thin carrot strips
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • ½ tsp. hot sauce of your choice
  • 1 tsp. calamansi juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Fry the onion for 1 minute, add the drained tuna, and cook for 30 more seconds. Set aside.
  2. Make the sauce next. Mix the mayonnaise, hot sauce, and calamansi juice together. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the tuna mixture and sauce between three tortillas. Lastly, add the cucumber, carrots, and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 425g Mega Prime Kernel Corn
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • ½ cup cleaned shrimps
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 grams chicken bouillon cube

Directions:

  1. Chop the chicken breast into thin strips. Next, fry the onions first for 1 minute on a medium-sized pot, then add the garlic cloves. Cook both for 1 more minute.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for two minutes before adding the shrimp. Afterward, add as much water to your liking, add the cube and let it simmer for 4 more minutes.
  3. Lastly, add the corn, some salt and pepper, and let it cook for 1 more minute before serving. This will serve around 3 people.
